According to Chima’s management “all meats on the rotisserie are gluten-free” and the “sausage is not made in house so it’s the only meat item we can’t guarantee is free of gluten. Items with gluten are the tabbouleh, French rolls, Caesar salad and croutons, fried polenta, fried banana, black beans, and meat croquettes. According to the Stephanie’s Crepe team, they “clean the station after every order is made” and recommend ordering dishes that are labeled GF. If a dish is not labeled GF, it likely contains the house sauce which contains gluten and is included in four different menu items: chicken teriyaki, sweet and spicy chicken thai, veggie edamame, and turkey asparagus.
