Enjoy a variety of sandwich and artisan breads, scones, muffins, quiche, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, lemon bars…even Brazilian cheese puffs!

Best Gluten-Free Friendly
Not dedicated gluten-free restaurants but have taken steps to ensure a safer gluten-free dining experience.
Mon Ami Gabi
At the base of the Eifel Tower, located inside the Paris Hotel Casino, you can enjoy a view of the Bellagio fountains and classic French cuisine with plenty of gf options. “Accommodating our gluten-free guests is a priority to us at Mon Ami Gabi; we are proud to offer a variety of our signature dishes prepared gluten-free upon request.”
Most items on the breakfast menu can be made gluten-free with the exception of the crepes and any of the dishes that contain oats, since the oats are not certified gluten-free. There’s still plenty left to enjoy: egg dishes, spinach and goat cheese omelettes, gf waffles with warm blueberry syrup, and a special eggs benedict served with a gf chickpea fritter. Oh, and gf toast on the side (prepared at a separate gf station in an oven) with butter and delicious fruit jam.
For the lunch and dinner menus, all gluten-free items include warm gluten-free bread with sweet cream butter and a complimentary amuse of olives with roasted garlic, orange and herbs. Here are some popular gf dishes to try:

The staff and managers are very accommodating and will take extra steps to prevent cross-contamination if you mention you’re celiac or have an allergy. That includes marking all gluten-free and allergy meals with picks before they are served. One thing management specifically says to avoid is the veggie burger since it does contain gluten.
Don’t forget to get your fresh hand-cut fries cooked in a dedicated fryer. They even serve Joseph James gluten-free ale in a can. Stripburger is under the Lettuce Entertain You (LEYE) restaurant group umbrella which is well known for offering gf options and having at least some procedures in place to prevent cross-contact.
El Segundo Sol
Across the street from the Wynn, next door to Stripburger, you’ll find El Segundo Sol offering a taco experience like no other. There’s an extensive gluten-free menu, accommodating staff, and so many delicious, authentic Mexican eats.
Start off your meal with bottomless corn tortilla chips fried in a dedicated gf fryer with charred tomato salsa, roasted tomatillo salsa, and pico de gallo.

At Veranda, you’ll receive the kind of care and attention you’d expect from any restaurant that’s part of The Four Seasons. Breakfast through dinner, sit inside or out on the terrace at this trattoria-style Italian restaurant and enjoy a selection of gf options from a clearly marked menu. Staff are well-versed in what can be prepared gluten-free and the steps taken in the back of the kitchen to prevent cross-contamination.
For breakfast, enjoy a gluten-free sampler with coffee or tea, gluten free waffle, berries, scrambled egg whites and a warm almond milk rice pudding. Try the shrimp street tacos or Tuscan chicken salad for lunch with shaved parmesan, tomato, pine nuts, grilled artichoke, and kalamata olives. Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill
At the MGM Grand, Wolfgang Puck reinvents American bar and grill food with approachable, California-inspired cuisine in a casual and lively setting. Here, you’ll have a separate gluten-free menu with plenty of comfort food favorites like gluten-free pasta (cooked in separate water), chicken and salmon dishes, and even dessert options. There’s plenty of energy and a festive, welcoming vibe for big or small groups.
For a view overlooking the Lazy River just off Mandalay Beach, two floors of patio dining, and a beautiful outdoor bar, stop into Border Grill to sip margaritas and savor bold flavors of Mexico. With gluten-free menu items clearly marked, and much of the menu either gluten-free or able to be prepared gf, you’re sure to find plenty to eat from brunch through dinner.

Eiffel Tower Restaurant
Looking for a romantic fine dining experience in Las vegas with a separate gluten-free menu? What better place than a restaurant that sits 100-feet above the strip with some of the best views in the city. The selection is not as extensive as others but the gf options are absolutely full of flavor.
Options include dishes like casco bay sea scallops and the grand seafood platter with lobster, shrimp, crab, oysters, and clams.
Caviar is also on the table (if you’ve got the budget or winnings for it!). Eiffel Tower Restaurants management says “we take dietary restrictions very seriously and we are able to modify many dishes for guests.” Just make sure you alert your server and they’ll help guide you through the options.
